More information
Explore the welcoming Talisker Distillery, where distinctive island single malt whisky is crafted on the shores of Loch Harport. Renowned for its maritime character, Talisker is celebrated for notes of sea salt, gentle smoke, and its signature peppery spice.
As the oldest operating distillery on the Isle of Skye, Talisker sits on the Minginish Peninsula beneath the dramatic Cuillin mountains. Exposed to strong winds and the surrounding sea, the distillery’s setting, history, and climate all play a defining role in shaping a whisky that has become synonymous with Skye.
Talisker produces a rich, well-rounded single malt with an inviting sweetness and unmistakable coastal depth. Inspired by Skye’s dramatic shoreline and ever-changing seascape, the whisky reflects the raw energy and natural beauty of its island home, offering a distinctive sense of place in every sip.
